For more than 15 years, Matt has been investing in value-add opportunities in residential and commercial real estate in the Denver and Salt Lake City markets. Matt has successfully closed over 500 purchases and sales of residential real estate. He has a diverse financial background starting with six years in the real estate sector as a CPA for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, a publicly traded multi-national Fortune 50 company in New York. He then joined several entrepreneurial start-up organizations in various leadership positions before launching his own real estate investment company. Matt grew up New York, received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from James Madison University in Virginia. He is married to his high school sweetheart Kami, and together they have four children.

Peter began his career in NYC with JPMorgan, managing the bank’s relationships with with Fortune 500 clients and designing solutions for their financial needs. After 11 years he left JPMorgan to become VP-Finance and CFO for a series of small and medium sized companies. Working in a variety of industries, he facilitated acquisition and joint venture programs and helped finance their rapid growth: Louis Dreyfus Energy Corp., Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas (NYSE: LDNG), Verio (NASDAQ: VRIO), Market Force Information, Inc. and Denver School of Science and Technology, Inc. where he is currently an active board member. Peter also owns and manages real estate investments.

Peter grew up in New Jersey and upstate New York and received a Bachelor’s degree in Math and Psychology from Amherst College in Massachusetts. He is married to Gail who is a Senior Transition Coach for InnovateICC, helping corporate employees change their jobs and their careers. Together they have 3 children, Jack, Bailey and Carrie who help keep them young and energized to make the world a better place.

Greg is a thirty year veteran of the mortgage banking industry with particular expertise in loan origination, sales management and underwriting. Greg’s lending experience broadly spans the industry spectrum from retail to wholesale channels, sales to fulfillment management, and, residential to commercial real estate finance. He has been a successful senior executive at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Universal Lending Corp. and North American Mortgage Company heading organizations up to 600 people in size. Under Greg’s leadership, his groups produced in excess of 185,000 loans for $43 billion in loan volume since 1993. Greg is past chairman of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association, holds a Certified Mortgage Lender designation and currently serves on its Board of Governors. Additionally, he serves on the boards of RMC Corp., a Colorado Springs real estate developer; and Fountain Valley School of Colorado where he is the past board president. Greg has been an active real estate investor since graduation from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX with a BBA in real estate and finance in 1985.
