Nation-wide, we acquire existing Project Based Section 8 housing with the intent to extend their contracts with HUD and assume responsibility for day to day operations. Our focus is properties with 100 units or fewer, but we have the flexibility to look at larger properties. We will work with outside property managers, but also have that skill in-house. As part of our mission, we will provide opportunities to help our tenants gain more control of their future, including finding work, educational opportunities and access to organizations and programs that may improve their current situation.
